Delivery Information

BARNinaBOX ships world wide *Shipments within North America are Duty Free. All products are designed for drop shipping on no larger than 12ft pallets to reduce shipping costs.

Order Processing – Orders are processed upon receipt of funds and shipped via motor freight to the business or residence address on the purchase proposal. The shipping and handling cost is based on the total weight of the order less our company freight discount plus the palletizing and packaging of the structure.

Change of Address – If a change of address is required, a Delivery Instruction Sheet may be requested to change the shipping address while order is being processed. A $75 re consignment fee will be assessed for shipment address changes after shipment has left our facility, plus any additional freight charges accessed by carrier.

Unloading Equipment – Delivery is assumed as residential delivery and handling equipment is required for unloading.  Handling equipment is to be provided by the customer.  Please discuss delivery arrangements with the sales person upon ordering.

Tracking - A tracking number will be provided when your shipment leaves our terminal.

Additional Charges – If the residence is not accessible by conventional freight company truck, customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges required for delivery.
